Returns or Exchanges

A 7-day exchange policy or store credit is offered on all full-priced Balu Balu garments.

The garments must be returned brand new, unworn, and in their original packaging.

VINTAGE garments are listed as accurately as possible, and customers should be advised that despite choosing only excellent quality secondhand goods, the garments have been worn before, and may show signs of wear.

EXCHANGE ONLY on Vintage clothing. No refunds.

NO RETURNS on homeware products.

Refunds may only be applied if a garment is found to be faulty.

No exchanges or refunds for items purchased on sale or discounted.

Original shipping costs are non refundable, and additional shipping costs must be paid by the customer in an exchange of goods.

When returning an item, please use a traceable shipping method. Balu Balu will not be responsible for items during transit. We recommend Sendle.
