Antique hanging diya - small

A beautiful old Indian hanging diya (oil lamp).

This sweet little diya is hand sized, with a matte gold patina, and a long ornate chain. This lamp has 5 petals.

**A diya is traditionally used with a cotton wick dipped in ghee or vegetable oils during religious festivals such as Diwali.....the light from candles or an oil lamp representing enlightenment, knowledge or wisdom.
