Vintage 2 tier brass tiffin

Lovely vintage brass tiffin, with a gorgeous golden patina, ornate handle, and pickle pot. This is a simply beautiful piece.

Traditionally used to carry a hot meal, with rice, curry and flatbread in each compartment... much like a lunchbox, a tiffin is still widely used in India today.

This tiffin is fully functional, with 2 good sized compartments, or will look beautiful as a display piece on a shelf.
