Antique Natraj

A beautiful antique brass Natraj of Lord Shiva represented as the divine cosmic dancer.(Dancing, in Indian culture has been seen as a way to connect with the divine!) 

This piece is heavy weighted and  has a beautiful aged patina, and is a size that commands attention in your vignette.

It also has an engraved dedication ‘courtesy metropolitan council’ on the bottom ( which you only notice if you look carefully…) which adds a cute back story to the piece.
